Job Title: Senior Payroll and Benefits AdministratorLocation: Remote (Canada)Company: La Senza / Club Monaco / Boundless LearningAbout the RoleAre you a detail-oriented payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and compliance? Were looking for a Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator to lead full-cycle payroll and benefits for approximately 1,000 Canadian field employees across three dynamic brands. This is a hands-on, remote role that partners closely with our HR team and external vendors to ensure our people are paid accurately and on timeevery time.What Youll DoManage end-to-end payroll and benefits for Canadian field employees across La Senza, Club Monaco, and Boundless Learning.Report to the Senior HR Business Partner and work closely with the Finance team and Store Operations.Supervise a part-time administrative team member.Ensure payroll and benefits processes are compliant with federal, provincial, and local legislation.Conduct payroll audits and validate pay submissions for accuracy.Educate employees on payroll and benefits-related topics.Own and optimize payroll and time & attendance systems and processes.Maintain payroll policies and documentation.Manage relationships with third-party vendors and benefit providers.Support leave of absence programs, including maternity/parental leave and LTD.Lead year-end processes (T4s, T2200s, etc.).Respond to employee and store inquiries regarding pay and benefits.Partner on special projects, including system implementations and process improvements.What You BringPCP Certification, National Payroll InstituteBachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of experience managing Payroll & Benefits across multiple provinces, including QuebecStrong working knowledge of ADP and familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, HRCloud, Deputy)Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced) and MS Office SuiteSolid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and provincial tax regulationsFamiliarity with federal and provincial employment lawsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organizationAble to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretionExperience processing multi-location payrollAbility to work independently and collaboratively within an HR teamBilingual in English and French is an assetWhy Join Us?At La Senza, Club Monaco, and Boundless Learning, youll be part of a people-first culture where your expertise makes a real impact.
