If this sounds like you, lets talk. **WHAT YOU''LL DO** ================== * **Turn Data into Action** + Analyze financial and operational data to influence daily decision-making and long-term strategy. + Provide insight on key business drivers, trends, and risks and guide corrective action when needed. + Lead postmortem financial reviews to extract learnings from past initiatives and investments. * **Hit the Numbers** + Lead annual plant budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes. + Ensure cash flow, cost control, and financial compliance with ASPE, GAAP, and VNI policies. + Calculate transfer pricing and prepare accurate, timely management reporting for senior leadership. * **Raise the Bar** + Implement and strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and compliance systems. + Oversee all accounting functions, reporting, and general ledger integrity. + Lead the audit process and maintain positive relationships with auditors and government authorities. * **Lead with Purpose** + Build and coach a high-performing accounting team. + Promote a culture of safety, respect, and accountability. + Collaborate cross-functionally to support strong business operations and a healthy work environment. **WHAT YOU''LL BRING** ===================== * CPA designation with 5+ years of progressive financial leadership in a manufacturing environment. * 3+ years in a senior-level management role food processing experience is a strong asset. * Deep knowledge of ASPE, GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems Navision a plus. * Strong communication, people leadership, and strategic planning skills. **READY TO TAKE THE LEAD?** =========================== This is your opportunity to **bring financial clarity and leadership** to a dynamic, growing organization.
