Were taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space ready to join us? **Whats the position?** We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our data team. The role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform business decisions using AI. The successful candidate will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to design and implement data models, automate ETL processes, and develop dashboards and reports. This position requires technical skills, business knowledge, and an ability to convert data into valuable information. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in Snowflake data modeling and data warehouse design * Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques * Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Streamlit, Tableau, Power BI), and using AI to create them * Skill in developing ETL processes and data pipelines * Ability to optimize complex queries for performance * Experience with AI tools and cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS and Snowflake * Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices * Experience in statistical analysis and using AI to automate analysis and alerts * Problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders **Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role * Proficiency in SQL and Python programming * Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling and query optimization * Experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling * Familiarity with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration * Proficiency in creating and maintaining ETL/ELT processes * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Streamlit, Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard creation * Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques * Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) * Experience working with AI and in a cloud environment, preferably AWS **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master''s degree in a relevant field * 7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles * Knowledge of using AI agents for analytics automation * Familiarity with agile methodologies and data-driven decision making * Experience in the gaming or sports betting industry * Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Snowflake SnowPro) **Whats in it for you?** We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation.
