This role will manage production staff and schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards to meet both customer requirements and company goals.Essential Functions:Plan, organize, and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production targets and ontime deliveriesDevelop and manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and production metricsOversee safety, compliance (MOL, MOE), and environmental policies. Demonstrate safety excellence by leadership and build / foster safety focused cultureLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma principlesSupervise department leads within fabrication, welding, QA/QC, and maintenance ensuring all staffing and training needs are metAnalyze performance data to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvementsManage capital equipment needs, maintenance planning, and inventory controlRequired QualificationsBachelors in Engineering, Operations Management or related field710+ years in manufacturing leadership, ideally composites or heavy fabricationStrong grasp of fabrication methods, safety regulations, ERP systems, Lean methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficient grasp of concepts related to construction executionEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, PublisherProficient organization skills and attention to detailEOE, including disability/vets
