Leveraging decades of innovation in consumer electronics and home appliances, they have expanded into North Americas HVAC sector with a comprehensive line of high-efficiency mini-split, multi-zone, and ducted systems engineered for Canadian climates.We are seeking a Highly Technically Minded Training and Service Manager in Western Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain an expert-level knowledge of the Mini Split AC & Light Commercial AC product portfolio. Lead training programs in the office and field for internal and external parties, including but not limited to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and contractors as required to ensure up-to-date knowledge. Manage HVAC service escalations and technical support. Provide telephone, email, and in-person technical support internally and externally with a level of professionalism consistent with the companys expectations. Solve complex technical problems in the field for preferred customers or escalated situations. From time to time, perform equipment start-ups and repair of HVAC products. Analyze and collect information pertaining to equipment quality issues, following up internally and externally to reduce return rate and/or loss. Collect quality issues/data, provide internal feedback, and follow up with solutions and improvement plans. Competencies for SuccessTechnical Knowledge with expertise in Heat Pumps and HVAC equipment. Exceptional communication skills with an ability to engage and adapt to an audience. Leadership qualities - with developed collaborative interpersonal and analytical skills Time Management - the ability to manage conflicting priorities while remaining focused. Customer Service - for both external and internal business partners Self-Driven - demonstrate a focus on growth for the company and our customers. Ability - to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
