Were building a proprietary finance stack from the ground upblending Web2 and Web3, equity and tokens, revenue and grants.OverviewAs Product Manager, Finance at Anime Universe, youll lead the definition, development, and delivery of the systems that manage everything from treasury and equity to royalties, grants, and token flows. Youll be the connective tissue between finance, engineering, operations, and leadershipturning strategic goals into technical requirements, and manual pain points into automated solutions. Youll help build the digital engine that powers how we earn, spend, share, and grow.What Youll OwnProduct Strategy & Road MappingTranslate finance leadership and compliance needs into clear product specs, technical briefs, and roadmap prioritiesDefine key product milestones and ship schedules for ERP modules, treasury tools, payroll systems, and custom dashboardsPrioritize ruthlessly across automation, security, and regulatory timelinesSystems Integration & AutomationOwn the productization of integrations across ERP, banking APIs, blockchain, payroll, investor platforms, and tax softwarePartner with engineers to reduce manual workflows in financial reporting, grants, royalties, and equity trackingChampion scalable, modular architecture decisions to support global growth and cross-border complexityData, UX, & Cross-Team CollaborationDefine product KPIs and data flows for financial insights, forecasting models, and executive reportingCollaborate with Design and Data teams to ensure dashboards are usable, actionable, and decision-gradeWork closely with Legal, HR, Funding, and Engineering to anticipate downstream systems impact from finance updatesWhat Were Looking For58+ years of experience in product management, preferably with direct ownership over finance, ERP, fintech, or systems integrationDeep understanding of accounting workflows, treasury operations, or financial data pipelinesExperience working with or building ERP systems, finance APIs, crypto/fiat bridges, or investor dashboardsStrong documentation and stakeholder communication skillsyou turn ambiguity into clarity, and strategy into executionComfortable managing engineering roadmaps while syncing with legal, people ops, and finance stakeholdersBonus: Background in fintech, Web3, DAO tools, or blockchain-powered payment systemsBonus: Prior experience with grants, royalties, or non-traditional capital flow productsYoure a systems thinker, fast executor, and culturally aligned with the ambition of Anime UniverseOur PromiseAt Anime Universe, youll have the rare opportunity to product-manage from first principlesno legacy baggage, no red tape, just clean architecture and bold ideas waiting to be built.
