The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cerner FSI architecture, HL7, interface design, and collaboration with offshore teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage onshore Cerner FSI operations and coordinate with offshore teams for delivery.Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to gather interface requirements.Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Cerner FSI interfaces.Troubleshoot interface-related issues and ensure timely resolutions.Ensure compliance with healthcare data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, CCD, CCDA).Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes to recurring problems.Create and maintain interface documentation and support knowledge base.Facilitate status updates, stakeholder communication, and risk management.Work closely with other EHR systems and integration partners as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Cerner interface development and support.Expertise in Cerner FSI, HL7, Rhapsody, OPENLink, or other integration engines.Experience with Cerner Millennium and data domains.Familiarity with hospital workflows and clinical systems integration.Strong communication and leadership skills.Experience working in a hybrid delivery model (onsite/offshore).Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Cerner Certified (preferred).Prior experience leading healthcare IT projects.The PathNet Cerner AnalystJob Summary:The PathNet Cerner Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and optimization of the Cerner PathNet Laboratory Information System. The role involves close collaboration with clinical laboratory stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operation and enhancement of Cerner PathNet functionalities in alignment with clinical and operational requirements.Key Responsibilities:Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Cerner PathNet and associated lab modules (General Laboratory, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Anatomical Pathology, etc.).Perform day-to-day system administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting for Cerner PathNet.Analyze business and clinical workflows to identify optimization opportunities within PathNet.Configure test dictionaries, specimen collection workflows, analyzer interfaces, result reporting rules, etc.Participate in system upgrades, testing, validation, and documentation activities.Coordinate with laboratory staff, IT teams, and Cerner support for issue resolution and enhancement requests.Develop and maintain system documentation including configuration records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.Provide end-user training and support during go-lives or system enhancements.Ensure data integrity, compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CAP, CLIA), and adherence to change management policies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.38 years of experience in Cerner PathNet support or implementation (modify per level).Strong understanding of laboratory operations and workflows.Hands-on experience with Cerner Millennium, Discern Explorer, and related reporting tools.Experience with interface testing, analyzer integration, and lab middleware is a plus.Ability to translate clinical/lab requirements into technical configurations.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Certifications:Cerner PathNet Certification (preferred)ISTQB / ITIL Foundation (optional but beneficial)HIPAA compliance knowledge (preferred for US-based projects)The RadNet Cerner AnalystJob Summary:The Cerner RadNet Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Cerner RadNet Radiology Information System. This role partners with radiology departments, IT teams, and Cerner stakeholders to optimize radiology workflows, ensure timely issue resolution, and support ongoing system enhancements and upgrades.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for Cerner RadNet application support and configuration.Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to analyze and optimize radiology workflows.Maintain and configure scheduling templates, modality worklists, procedure definitions, and report distribution rules.Troubleshoot issues related to order management, image workflow, results distribution, and integration with PACS.Coordinate and perform system testing, validation, and upgrades including RAD tools and imaging interfaces.Monitor interface functionality (DICOM, HL7) and coordinate with integration teams for troubleshooting and enhancements.Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for RadNet users.Support go-live activities, provide end-user training, and ensure adoption of new functionality or enhancements.Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ACR standards).Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Radiologic Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.38 years of experience supporting Cerner RadNet or other RIS applications (customize based on level).Strong understanding of radiology workflows, including scheduling, image acquisition, interpretation, and reporting.Experience with Cerner Millennium, RadNet tools, PowerChart, and PowerOrders.Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, and PACS integration concepts.Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Preferred Certifications:Cerner RadNet Certification (preferred)ITIL Foundation / Healthcare IT certifications (optional)Knowledge of HIPAA, ACR, and radiology compliance standards
