**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. **Duties** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. * Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling of all beverages and ingredients. * Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. * Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is preferred but not required. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices and cash handling procedures. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and helping others. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
