**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel or industrial cleaning, with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. This role is crucial in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests. **Responsibilities** * Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards and procedures. * Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high levels of service. * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards. * Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists for staff to follow. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. * Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. * Maintain records of staff performance, incidents, and inventory for reporting purposes. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred. * Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols related to custodial work. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
