Job Title: Capital Planning and Treasury Manager Job Description: This position oversees all planning, forecasting, accounting and reporting activities related to capital expenditures. It plays a key role in managing all aspects of the hospital''s capital funding and planning. The manager is responsible for providing leadership in areas of financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and audit. Key Responsibilities: Provides leadership in areas of financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and audit. Responsible for overseeing all planning, forecasting, accounting and reporting activities related to capital expenditures. Manages all aspects of the hospital''s capital funding and planning. Prepares related financial reporting to leaders, and committees. Manages the organization''s capital budget. Oversees the treasury activities. Co-leads a finance team of 6 members. Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a CPA designation, a university degree (preferably Business or Commerce), and minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting in a large complex organization with minimum 2 years of finance leadership function, preferably in a healthcare setting. Prior experience in capital accounting, planning and reporting is also necessary. Candidates must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of GAAP as applicable to hospitals and knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement techniques as they relate to financial targets, timeliness, client and staff satisfaction. Benefits: Candidates can expect a salary range of $110,000 - $125,000/year.
