Accounting Leadership Position We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements for our portfolio. This role involves leading a team in achieving high-quality results, providing strategic guidance, and driving process improvements. About the Opportunity: Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and review of monthly property financial statements, including journal entry approvals, recovery reconciliations, and shortfall analysis. Review and compile property-related financial data for quarterly financial statements and management reporting. Liaise with external auditors and respond to audit-related inquiries. Provide leadership and support in preparing the annual operating budget and review budget submissions. Qualifications: A minimum 7 years of experience in property accounting, preferably in commercial or retail real estate. At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong understanding of budgeting, full-cycle accounting, and commercial lease terminology. Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation required.
