About the Opportunity: The Enterprise Application Lead will coordinate the application support efforts of the IT team. This includes SAP S4/Hana support and other enterprise applications like SuccessFactors, Intelex, MS Dynamics, etc. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth running of the enterprise application environment and guiding, mentoring, and peer reviewing all the efforts of the team. This is a technical lead role that does not involve people management. The Enterprise Application Lead will also support the development and implementation of policies, strategies, and initiatives that guide the planning, integration, acquisition, deployment, operation, enhancement, and support of the business unit''s information infrastructure. Learn client processes in 2-3 months and become a champion of our processes in 6 months. Lead by example and understand the tickets the team is working on (put hands on when the team needs help). The team does not report to this role, so the person has to gain respect from the team through knowledge and commitment to the team and to the process.
