Finance Director Position At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to lead our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our business, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. ''> Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial plans, strategies, and policies that support the company''s overall goals and objectives. Manage the financial analysis and reporting process, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Oversee the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational improvements and efficiency initiatives. Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and other stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to the finance team, including training and development opportunities. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and ensure compliance with these requirements. ''> Requirements: Qualifications: Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA) or equivalent. Minimum 6+ years of progressive work experience in finance, including leadership roles. Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with financial planning and analysis software.
