You observe strict deadlines and hold yourself accountable for your deliverables. - **Collaborative Team Player-**You are motivated by collaborative team task achievement and driving a results-oriented culture. ## **What You''ll Be Doing** - Lead and oversee a team in preparing weekly add-ons for the Fresh Prep menu - Collaborate and build strong working relationships with other departments, recognizing that we act as both customers and suppliers to each other within the facility - Ensure daily production targets are met on time and in full, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency - Conduct thorough pre-operational and post-operational inspections to ensure that all equipment and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality - Using spreadsheets to track inventory, plan production, monitor performance, calculate yields and conduct inventory counts ## **What We Are Looking For** ## We''re looking for a highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual to lead our team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to clear, consistent communication. You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that each week''s production is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
