To learn more about the company, visit Position:** An opportunity currently exists for a Class 1 Driver, with a competitive hourly rate with overtime where applicable, and benefits (after a probationary period). The responsibilities of this position will include: * Representing the company by carrying out duties in a cooperative, respectful manner. * Moving trailers, material and equipment between shops, vendors and customer sites across western Canada. * Obeying local traffic laws and working in-line with the company''s health and safety policies. **The Ideal Candidate:** * Must successfully pass a pre-employment drive test, 50lbs physical demands test and drug & alcohol test. * Familiarity with the steel fabrication industry and equipment is desirable along with a good understanding of load securement and DOT rules and regulations. * Knowledge of how to**,** and willingness to perform day to day servicing, maintenance and inspections on equipment is necessary. * 3 years of Flat Deck experience, and knowledge of Over-Dimension hauling. * Clean Commercial Drivers Abstract is a must. * Class 1 Driver''s License is required. **We provide:** * An attractive hourly rate for this full-time position. * Health & Dental Benefits after 3 months. * RRSP Matching Program after 1 year. * Social events throughout the year.
