Job Description

**Build momentum behind milestones for our big transformation project.** Were expanding our dairy manufacturing operations and looking for a **Project Coordinator** to help drive our most impactful plant expansion project to date. Reporting directly to the **VP, Projects**, youll play a central role in keeping schedules tight, stakeholders aligned, and documentation flawless. This is your chance to be part of a high-growth, high-impact initiative in the food manufacturing industrywhere your coordination skills will directly shape the future of dairy production. ### **IS THIS YOU?** * Youre a **master organizer** with a systems-thinking mindset and you have a knack to **make complexity feel simple**. * You bring **clear communication + natural curiosity** and youre not afraid to ask questions that get teams unstuck. * You want your next role to matter and youre ready to be the glue that holds ambitious projects together. ### **WHAT YOU''LL DO** * **Own the Rhythm of the Project** + Coordinate pull plan meetings and milestone tracking + Manage weekly reporting and project timelines + Ensure timely and effective communication across all levels * **Keep Everyone in the Loop** + Join project meetings to capture and follow-up on actions items + Ensure decisions and assumptions are logged and backed up + Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth transition * **Track it, Prove it, Improve** **it** + Maintain accurate project records, logs, and decision trackers + Analyze project data, track risks, flag timing issues + Compile project data and support funding reports + Assist with invoice validation and risk register updates ### **WHAT YOU''LL BRING** * A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field * 3+ years in a project coordination, ideally in a manufacturing or construction setting * Proficiency in MS Office + comfort using project management tools * Clear, concise communication skills (spoken + written) * Bonus: A Project Management certification or interest in pursuing one ### **READY TO BUILD SOMETHING BIG?** If youre eager to bring order to complexity, support meaningful change, and work with people who care deeply about doing things right wed love to hear from you.
