This role requires a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in various computer applications, particularly Excel and Office Suite. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data is accurate and accessible for decision-making processes. **Responsibilities** * Input and update data into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy. * Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records. * Collect data from various sources and ensure it is properly categorized and stored. * Utilize Excel and other office software to manage data efficiently. * Assist in the development of data entry procedures to improve efficiency. * Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. * Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across all platforms. **Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is essential. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Experience in data entry or clerical work is preferred. * Ability to type quickly and accurately with attention to detail. * Familiarity with data collection methods and systems is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
