House cleaner wanted - $25/hr PLEASE READ We are a company paying contract workers to work for us, you can have other jobs, thats fine with us. You will be working under supervision in homes and apartments. Number one, dont lie. Its a waste of your time and ours, please. Two, car is essential. No car, DONT REPLY please. Three, we pay gas/mileage, and provide all equipment and supplies Four, pay is based on experience and ability. It will go up every 3 months to a max of $40/hour but only for those that meet our cleaning goals. Weekend workers will be paid more, so if you are willing to work on a weekend let us know. People able to work suddenly and last minute will be paid more, usually move outs near end of the month. What criteria will get you hired other than above: 1) On time, show up late to the trainaing or cleaning, and you wont last the week 2) Experiencedthe better you clean, the more likely we have work for you. 3) Hard worker: cleaning is hard. It requires scrubbing. It requires gloves/chemicals. It was requires being shape. It requires getting on hands and knees. It requires carrying vacuums and carpet cleaners 4) Non smokers: our customers are sometimes seniors, on oxygen or sick, no smokaers 5) No phones: if you use your phone while working, you wont last the week I know this is hard, but it is why we are paying more than other companies. If you are uncertain, or are just applying to every job, dont bother, please NOTE: Anyone not answering our questions or willing to attend a PAID training session on a Sunday should not bother. NOTE 2: People willing to work on weekends will be paid more. People willing to work last minute will be paid more.
