This position is crucial for ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. * Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and address any production issues. * Monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance schedules as needed. * Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and promote safety practices. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment. * Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. **Requirements** * Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. * Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. * Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments. * Commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
