We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly driven Product Manager to lead the development, innovation, and performance of a robust and growing portfolio of bath, skincare, and beauty accessory products. If you have a passion for consumer packaged goods, beauty trends, and managing a products journey from concept to shelf, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:As our Product Manager, you will own the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of a high-volume SKU portfolio across multiple product categories and retail channels. You will play a central role in identifying new product opportunities, leading end-to-end development, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand growth across Canada and the U.S. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product development, packaging, sourcing, innovation, inventory planning, and sales support, with a focus on commercial excellence, speed to market, and trend leadership.AS WELL AS:Manage a dynamic portfolio of 400500+ SKUs, including the launch of 300+ new items annually across proprietary, private-label, and customer-exclusive brands.Lead strategic planning across skincare, bath, and beauty accessory categories, identifying whitespace and bringing consumer-driven ideas to market.Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to discontinuation, including pricing, margin analysis, sourcing, costing, packaging development, and market execution.Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers to source high-quality products and negotiate cost-effective solutions.Oversee all packaging elements including materials, design briefs, copywriting, and regulatory requirements.Conduct ongoing market and trend research to support portfolio strategy, drive innovation, and maintain competitive positioning.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing teams to align product strategies with customer requirements and internal business goals.Provide detailed sales support, including product presentations, sell sheets, assortment proposals, line reviews, and merchandising materials.Forecast product demand and oversee inventory planning to ensure stock optimization and profitability.Support seasonal brand presentations and trade show initiatives by delivering compelling assortments and storytelling.Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting accountability and cross-functional excellence.Champion the voice of the customer and ensure brand integrity in all product-related decisions.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management within the beauty, wellness, skincare, or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.Proven track record of bringing products to market across retail channels (mass, specialty, discount, and e-commerce).Strong knowledge of product sourcing, costing, vendor negotiation, and packaging development.Experience with private label and branded programs is highly advantageous.Demonstrated ability to manage high SKU counts and work with speed and precision.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort presenting in both small and large group settings.Strong analytical and project management capabilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and product development tools; PLM system knowledge is an asset.Enthusiastic about the wellness and beauty space and committed to staying ahead of market trends.WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:A passion for creating innovative, beautiful, and high-performing products.A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.Comfort working in a high-volume, high-speed product development environment.The ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot quickly while maintaining high attention to detail.Confidence in your decision-making and presentation skills, you're just as comfortable in a strategy session as in a product line review.A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR OFFICES:High degree of computer-based focus for long periodsWHY YOULL WANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM: Hybrid work schedule in person to start.
