This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working at the intersection of customer service, inventory management, and field operations.As a key operations partner, youll work closely with internal teams, external technicians, and clients to ensure seamless hardware deployments, high-quality service delivery, and smooth logistics management.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Hardware OversightManage physical inventory of AI-enabled camera systems and related hardwareMaintain accurate records in ERP (Odoo) and support ongoing stocktakesOversee packing, assembly, and refurbishment of units to quality standardsField Service CoordinationSchedule and coordinate field service technicians for installation and relocation of equipmentConduct desktop and on-site reviews of installation locationsLiaise with clients for approvals and logistical arrangementsProvide remote support during camera installs and maintenanceMaintain detailed project records in the CRM (Hubspot)Logistics & ShippingManage all inbound/outbound shipping, customs clearance, and returnsPartner with external vendors to ensure timely and efficient serviceOperational SupportComplete vendor forms and assist with tender submissions when requiredManage SIM card logistics and cellular setupProvide cross-time zone support when neededWhat Theyre Looking ForLegally eligible to work in Canada23 years of experience in customer service, field service, or service deliveryStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTech-savvy (Google Suite, Hubspot experience a bonus)Hardware deployment experience is an assetComfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environmentIdeal TraitsClear communicator - both written and verbalResourceful and proactive problem-solverDetail-oriented but able to move quickly and efficientlyComfortable working autonomously with a bias for actionThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of logistics, service delivery, and customer success and wants to make a real impact with a high-growth tech team using AI to modernize real-world operations.
