TEPF - Trades Coordinator (Southern Alberta)The Educational Partnership Foundation (TEPF) is seeking a passionate and experienced education focused coordinator to join our dynamic Trades Careers team in Southern Alberta. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in educationsuch as a teacher, career counsellor, or education administratorwith knowledge of the skilled trades and Albertas apprenticeship system.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of education and industry and is eager to support Alberta youth in discovering fulfilling careers in the skilled trades. Youll work closely with school districts, First Nations communities, industry stakeholders, and training providers to help students explore the wide array of opportunities available to them.Priority will be given to applicants with a background in education, as this role requires a deep understanding of school systems, student engagement, and career pathway development. Report on these activities to the Director of Trades.Support the High School Trades Career Program by working directly with districts, schools, and educators to recruit and guide students.Provide support to the Indigenous Trades Career program, this will require engagement with first nations communities.Travel to various trades training partner centers is required.
