We are seeking a Recruiter with experience recruiting software developers to help us meet our immediate hiring needs. This is a six-month contract position requiring the candidate to have a self-starter attitude and drive to recruit high-quality technology talent for our company.ResponsibilitiesManages end-to-end recruitment by collaborating with the rest of the HR team and the leadership team.Follows established HR recruitment best practices and processes, and provides feedback for improvements.Effectively utilizes recruiting tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed).Strongly understands technology position requirements through discussions with functional leaders.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create interview questions and online assessments to screen candidates.Develops a strong talent pipeline by joining and networking in various online groups. Regularly shares job openings on LinkedIn and other online groups.Actively seeks out potential candidates (via LinkedIn and other online groups) and invites them to apply.Reviews resumes, conducts behavioral interviews, and assesses candidates' suitability for roles.Facilitates technical evaluation processes and conducts assessments as needed.RequirementsUndergraduate degree or relevant training in human resources.2-4 years of recruiting experience.Impeccable attention to detail.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Commitment to delivering an impeccable candidate experience.About VrettaWe have dedicated the past 14 years towards the modernization of assessment and learning experiences that have transformed educational practices for ministries of education, academic institutions, examination bodies, and training organizations around the world.
