Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de clinique dynamique pour diriger nos oprations et appuyer notre mission dexcellence en soins de sant. Rsum du poste: Le/la gestionnaire de clinique est responsable de la gestion quotidienne des activits administratives et oprationnelles de la clinique. Il/elle supervise le personnel, coordonne les horaires, assure la conformit rglementaire, et veille offrir une exprience patient optimale. Rsponsabilits principales: Superviser les oprations quotidiennes de la clinique Encadrer et grer le personnel administratif et de soutien clinique Collaborer avec les mdecins pour optimiser les horaires, la facturation et les ressources Grer les budgets, les stocks et les rapports financiers Assurer la conformit avec les rglements provinciaux (RAMQ, MSSS, CNESST, etc.) Grer les plaintes et commentaires des patients de faon professionnelle Coordonner lentretien des locaux Mettre en uvre les politiques internes et les initiatives damlioration continue Prparer des rapports pour la direction mdicale Soutenir et recruter du personnel Qualifications requises: Diplme collgial ou universitaire en administration de la sant ou domaine connexe Minimum de 3 ans d''exprience dans un poste de gestion Minimum de 3 ans d''exprience dans le demaine de la sant Exprience en gestion de clinique ou bureau mdical un atout Bonne connaissance du systme de sant qubcois un atout Exprience avec des logiciels de facturation mdicale (ex. : Medesync) un atout Excellentes comptences avec des logiciels Microsoft Office (ex: Excel). Exprience avec Quickbooks un atout Excellentes comptences interpersonnelles et de communication Bilinguisme (franais et anglais) obligatoire Leadership reconnu et bonnes capacits dorganisation --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About the Clinic: We are a well-established and growing medical clinic located in the heart of Hudson, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Our team of physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals work collaboratively to create a welcoming and efficient healthcare environment. We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager or Director to lead our operations and support our mission of excellence in patient care. Role Description: The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the clinic. This includes supervising staff, supervising the administrative team, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resources, and improving the overall patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow Lead, and manage administrative and clinical support staff Collaborate with physicians to optimize scheduling, billing, and resource utilization Monitor budgets, inventory, and financial reports Ensure compliance with provincial healthcare regulations and policies (RAMQ, MSSS, CNESST, etc.) Handle patient complaints and feedback with professionalism Coordinate maintenance of clinic facilities Implement and oversee clinic policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives Prepare reports for senior leadership and medical directors Support and recruit personnel Qualifications: College diploma or bachelors degree in health administration, business, or related field Minimum 3 years experience in management role Minimum 3 years experience in health related field Experience in healthcare office or clinic management is an asset Understanding of Quebecs healthcare system and regulatory requirements is an asset Proficiency in medical billing systems (e.g., Medesync, QHR, etc.) is an asset Strong skills with use of Microsoft office programs (excel) required Experience in use of Quickbooks or similar accounting system is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingualism (French & English) is mandatory Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
