Job Description

Manage and oversee multiple heavy civil construction projects from start to finish Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies. Understand estimate costs, help and manage project budgets, monitor and ensure projects are completed within budget. Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Lead project teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Mentor project coordinators and junior level staff to facilitate their development. Coordinate and liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, venders, and government agencies. Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management to support the overall objectives of the company. 8+ years of experience in project management in the road building and construction industry ~ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. ~ Strong leadership and team management skills ~ Outcome focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize to ensure continuous improvement across our business. ~ Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities. ~ As we look to the future, we need creative, ambitious, and innovative professionals like you who can help us to build the world of tomorrow, today.
