Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to develop and manage an end-to-end roadmap across multiple workstreams. Duration: 6 months contract with possibilities of extension Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite Downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will have: A Bachelor''''s degree in Business or IT. 15+ years experience in Project / Program management with a successful track record delivering Multi-Million dollar Projects with multiple workstreams that include: Digital Transformation, Guidewire, API''''s, Client Onboarding or Customer Success. As least 2-3 years of experience in Insurance or financial services industry PMP or PGMP designation An IT background - but solid exposure to the business side. Proven ability to work effectively with Business Stakeholders The Sr. PM will be responsible for: Developing and managing and end to end roadmap across multiple workstreams Managing changes to scope, budget and timelines within delegated authority and escalating issues and impediments to stakeholders as necessary Actively managing the plan, scope, risk, dependencies and resources, resolve conflicting priorities with stakeholders and manage risks/assumptions Defining and operationalizing governances and ways of working Facilitating optimal realization of benefits, identifying potential gaps in delivery of anticipated program benefits and working with Executive Governance group to explore options. Assessing program success and benefits realization. Leading the team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the deliverables under the Program, and ensuring projects are aligned to established corporate methodologies and best practices.
