Our client is seeking a Intermediate Deskside Support Analyst to provide on-site hardware, software and infrastructure support Calgary-based role. Candidates will be traveling to multiple client sites. Must have a drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle Must haves: 4+ years of Deskside Support or Service Desk Support focusing on hardware , software and infrastructure support Valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle that can transport computer equipment Experience supporting O365 , understanding of networking protocols and experience with replacing hardware components Ability to lift 20KG on your own Nice to haves: ITIL Certificate Excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities: Respond to onsite Client project and support issues. Identify hardware / software problems and offer solutions in a friendly and efficient manner. Analyze situations, diagnose problems, develop, and implement solutions, within sometimes narrow timelines Repair of customer issues making sure to meet set client deliverables Ensure Projects requirements are met and follow-up with customers and System Engineers to ensure all their needs were met.
