Our Safety client is seeking a Intermediate Training Specialist (Emergency Response) to create tailored training programs and deliver in-person or virtual training sessions Calgary based client. Candidates will be traveling within Alberta to client sites. Must have Valid drivers license Must haves: 5+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or Safety Trainer focusing on Emergency Management, Occupational Health and Safety training Experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences ( In-person and virtual training ) Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Alberta Nice to haves: Valid certifications in emergency response or safety training. First Aid/CPR certification Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive emergency response training programs tailored to various client needs and industries. Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises, ensuring they are up-to-date with current best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for clients, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats. Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting content and delivery methods to suit different learning environments. Plan and conduct emergency response drills and simulations to test and reinforce client preparedness. Evaluate the outcomes of drills and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvement. Apply
