Key Responsibilities: Stops Scope: Manage the planning, design, and construction of LRT station stops (canopies, platforms, finishes, lighting, signage, and accessibility features). Coordinate with architectural, structural, civil, and systems engineering teams. Ensure integration of stops with civil and trackwork packages. Oversee schedule, cost, quality, and safety for stop-related construction works. TPSS Scope: Lead the construction and integration of TPSS facilities across the alignment. Ensure mechanical and electrical scope compliance (transformers, switchgear, grounding, HVAC, fire protection). Coordinate with Systems and Power Delivery teams for design reviews, testing, and commissioning. Work with utility providers and internal teams for energization and handover activities. General Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and cost forecasts. Act as the interface between design-build teams, subcontractors, consultants, and the Owners Representative (Metrolinx). Lead weekly coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of design or field issues. Review submittals, RFIs, NCRs, and change orders related to scope. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards. Support systems integration, safety certification, and final commissioning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. 710 years of experience in infrastructure or transit project management (LRT, subway, rail). Experience with TPSS or power distribution projects highly preferred. Strong understanding of CSA, NFPA, and local electrical codes. Familiarity with P3 project delivery, including DBFM and integrated delivery models. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. PMP certification or P.Eng designation is an asset.
