Adecco is currently hiring a full-time strategic and results-driven Director of Product Management to lead and inspire our clients team of product managers across multiple product lines in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs while ensuring successful delivery from concept to launch within both domestic and international markets.Ideally, you are a proven leader with a strong background in product strategy, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.Location: Calgary, ABJob type: Permanent | Full-timeResponsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of product managers across multiple product lines.Define and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.Oversee new product evaluations and support investment decisions through data-driven business cases.Ensure effective execution of product initiatives from development through launch.Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, sales, operations, and marketing.Establish and refine internal processes to support efficient product development.Track performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership.Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive developments.Represent the company with select external partners and stakeholders.Qualifications:Senior level progressive experience in product management, engineering, or a related field.Proven experience leading cross-functional product initiatives and teams.Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or equivalent.Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess business impact and prioritize accordingly.International or multi-regional experience preferred.Strong communication and leadership skills.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
