Senior Treasury Analyst Employment Type Permanent Location Toronto, Ontario Apply SHARE THIS JOB Job Description: Our publicly traded mining client is a high profile organization in the downtown core. They are adding a Senior Treasury Analyst to the Finance team and looking for a few years of Treasury experience, ideally from the mining sector but open to others. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for a wide spectrum of finance and treasury activities and be a valued member of a small Treasury team. Role will include: Support day to day treasury operations, including liquidity monitoring, cash management, yield generation, and bank account and credit instrument administration. Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly treasury reporting, financial reporting, covenant reporting, and compliance with all our key debt facilities. Participate and help execute precious metals purchases and sales, and hedging program with large financial institutions. Support Assistant Treasurer in the management of relationships with all of our key treasury counterparties including banks, credit rating agencies, financing companies, and data providers. Provide analysis to help guide global capital raising initiatives. Perform financial modeling analysis to help drive decisions for diverse initiatives related to budget, accounting, M&A, and other special situations. Help maintain and improve the development of global treasury policies and procedures and the implementation of treasury best practices. Contribute to special projects in the Treasury function. TMGNY Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field. 2-5+ years of related work experience. Professional designation (CPA or CFA) preferred, or progress towards one. Apply
