**Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Nights** **Job Description** This dynamic role offers a blend of two positions, providing an opportunity to be cross-trained and switch between Control Room Operator and Video Coder duties. As a Control Room Operator, you will monitor conveyor lanes via camera systems and communicate issues promptly to supervisors. The Video Coder role involves data entry and quick problem-solving using an internal package distribution system. **Responsibilities** Continuously monitor conveyor lanes for jams, slow downs, or backups using camera systems. Communicate promptly via radio to supervisors or lead hands on the warehouse floor. Conduct reports and perform root cause analysis. Suggest corrective actions and identify system maintenance issues. Monitor internal package distribution/scanning system and handle errors quickly. Cross-reference computer data with package/waybill information and enter missing data within 10 seconds. **Essential Skills** Proficiency in computer data entry and MS Office. Exceptional typing and data entry skills. Strong communication skills, including radio communication. Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Attention to detail and focus on work is crucial.
