In this community nursing role, as a Visiting Nurse, you will work both on-call overnights and have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings (e.g., home and school). You will work with patients with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain safe and comfortable in their community for as long as possible.
