As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in understanding user needs and behaviors to inform product and design decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance user experience. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies. Analyze research data to uncover insights and translate findings into clear recommendations. Work with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user feedback throughout the product development lifecycle. Prepare and present research reports to stakeholders. Advocate for the user and promote user-centered design principles within the team. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field. Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative UX research. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with UX research tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
