Remuneration Package & Budget Support: Prepare salary proposals, pay adjustments, and benefits costing. Job Evaluation & Salary Structures: Support the maintenance of job grading frameworks, salary structures, and job descriptions to align. Benefits and Insurance Administration: Administer employee benefits, insurance, and pension processes. Market Benchmarking & Surveys: Manage annual compensation surveys, analyze salary data, and update compensation scales for key hotel and office positions to maintain market competitiveness. GM Compensation & Contracts: Prepare and manage Total Cost of Employment, employment contracts, and C&B processes for General Managers. Update records in HRIS. Qualifications Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Compensation and Benefits. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and advanced data management techniques. Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions. Highly adaptable and self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results independently in a dynamic environment. Meticulously organized and results-oriented, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for process improvement. Preferred: Knowledge of personal income tax regulations, labor laws, and employment legislation.
