We are looking for an Intermediate Commerce Designer to lead and innovate within our commerce design team, bringing brands to life visually from in-store displays to digital retail spaces. Responsibilities What Youll Do Lead the development of visually compelling commerce executions, including header cards, key visuals (KVs), and in-store displays. Challenge conventional design thinking and craft bold, engaging brand narratives. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure designs align with the best practices in retail environments. Guide and mentor junior designers while collaborating with the broader creative team. Stay ahead of culture, fashion, food, music, and pop culture trends to craft modern, relevant brand executions. Qualifications Who You Are 3+ years of agency experience , with a strong portfolio of commerce and retail design work. An expert visual storyteller, obsessed with how an idea takes shape through design. Experience in commerce/retail design is a must; traditional design experience is a plus. Ability to translate a concept into a strategic, in-store execution following best practices. A great collaborator who thrives in a creative community .
