Principal Accountabilities Supporting Actions: Achieve targets (Premium & Revenue), contribute to overall company growth, maintain continuous interaction with channel partners, map key decision-makers, and share information with superiors. Execute: Ensure smooth sales processes, communicate process changes, and handle sales, issuance, and complaint resolution efficiently. Execute: Use appropriate business acquisition methods to ensure profitable business, regularly scrutinize business activities, and report relevant information to superiors.
