This 18-month program provides high-performing fresh graduates with hands-on, rotational exposure to core and strategic business units across our ecosystem. Participants will be full-time employees from day one and will work closely with mentors from the leadership team, gaining a deep understanding of business operations, strategy, and project execution. The program is structured to build future business leaders who are agile, innovative, and ready to drive impact in a tech-driven environment. Job Description & Responsibilities As a Management Trainee, you will: Undergo structured rotations across three core areas: Business Operations, Strategic Units, and Final Placement. Learn end-to-end business processes across various departments, including Product, Business Development, Strategic Finance, Legal and Regulatory, and Customer Success. Lead a capstone project during the final rotation to solve a real business problem, guided by your assigned mentor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to both strategic and operational initiatives. Be accountable under the companys performance management system. Failure to meet expectations may result in a performance review or exit from the program. Present progress and findings to senior leadership during key milestones. Main Requirement Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 year of experience. Graduated or expected to graduate by February 2026 from a Top Indonesian University. Strong academic performance and leadership experience. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and adaptability. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
