Position Overview The Quality Control Final Inspector supports QC testing functions, inspecting and testing Wrapping Tube Cable fiber optic products according to established procedures. The role requires diligence, productivity, cost-awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment. Flexibility, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. The inspector is responsible for safety, quality, and production goals, supporting customer satisfaction and business objectives. What We Offer 401K with company match (up to 4%) Professional development, training, and tuition reimbursement Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Opportunities for career advancement within a leading industry company Responsibilities Perform dimensional, physical, and visual inspections of products as per plans and specifications Monitor quality in accordance with policies and customer requirements Prepare cables for testing and perform transmission tests using OTDR Complete inspection documentation accurately Enter data into databases and internal systems Maintain product identification and traceability Report quality issues and support certification requirements Assist in training new inspectors Utilize Oracle and other systems for tasks Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment Adhere to testing priorities and safety policies Interact with various departments and promote safety initiatives Maintain a clean and organized work area Personal Qualities Proactive problem-solving with a focus on quality and customer protection Strong time management and organizational skills High attention to detail and self-reliance Excellent communication skills Team-oriented with interpersonal skills Qualifications At least 1 year of manufacturing or quality control experience Familiarity with QTS, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Ability to follow strict procedures and work instructions Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools Working Conditions Sitting, standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day Ability to differentiate color shades (not color blind) Minimum Education High School Diploma/GED or equivalent manufacturing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
