As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Property Insurance, you will play a key role in providing top-notch service to our clients. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, processing insurance applications, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualification: Must hold a valid RIBO license. Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding property insurance products and services. Assist clients with the insurance application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in accordance with company guidelines. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
