Position Overview: Please note that this is a hybrid role and will require you to work 3-4 days a week out of a Downtown Toronto based office. Reporting to the Manager, Offers, this role is responsible for assisting in the oversight of a centralized offer strategy for the Program. The Specialist, Lifecycle will play a core role in the, implementation, delivery and optimization of offers within the AIR MILES Program offers. This role will work closely with Marketing Analytics and Operation to seamlessly drive value into market through the Programs currency. Responsibilities: Contributes to the management, and output of the AIR MILES offer ecosystem Contributes and supports Product teams to the design and implementation of the offers ecosystem Leads offer and promotional planning with stakeholder across internal and external marketing Partners Works closely with the Analytics teams on the development and reporting of key offer and Collector metrics / dashboards Works closely with the Partner Marketing and Analytics teams to support in the coordination of Partner specific offers Supports in the creation and documentation of processes for offer best practices Ability to support across the broader Engagement Marketing team (lifecycle marketing) as needed Qualifications Expert knowledge of core marketing disciplines - research, planning, with a strong focus on implementation and product Experience in managing highly complex, large scale multi channel marketing campaigns and determining their impact Significant experience in marketing forecasting and success measurement Highly proficient in managing budget planning and forecasting Experience in working in large teams of multi disciplinary nature Proficient in presenting in both and internal and client facing capacity #J-18808-Ljbffr
