Continue with Google Continue with Google Description The Senior Program Manager of Field Funnel Ops (FFO), ORS is a cross-functional, strategic, analytical, and innovative role impacting the US and Canada, supporting Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). The role requires a proactive individual capable of influencing stakeholders within Operations, overseeing mid-term execution, strategy, and vision, driving operational and programmatic excellence. This role thrives in ambiguous environments, managing DSPs across 15+ stations. The incumbent should understand performance management, develop teams, and deliver results through effective communication, scalable solutions, and business judgment. The position involves managing complex projects, innovating operational processes, and making strategic decisions with a long-term perspective. Key Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally and geographically to support tools, programs, and initiatives. Apply rigorous problem-solving and data analysis to inform decisions. Manage medium to large-scale content development and training projects using project management tools. Drive innovation with measurable success metrics within ORS Field Funnel Operations. Implement programs supporting DSP driver capacity and onboarding. Support DSP launches across stations in various regions. Develop and deploy programs to support DSP owners and field leaders, improving driver pools and onboarding experiences. Assist DSPs during new station launches, peak volume ramps, and existing site operations. Work with leadership and stakeholders to make data-driven strategic decisions. Plan and execute staffing strategies, including peak hiring and capacity management. Enhance onboarding processes to reduce candidate dwell time and improve conversion rates. Analyze station and regional data to proactively address capacity gaps. Coordinate hiring and support for DSP launches and operations. Develop partnerships for hard-to-hire markets and establish contingency plans. Travel up to 50% during high-volume periods as needed. About the Team The Field Funnel Operations (FFO) team aims to standardize and centralize DSP staffing and onboarding processes, becoming trusted staffing partners and providing operational excellence. Basic Qualifications 5+ years in program or project management. Experience using data to drive improvements. End-to-end program ownership and communication skills for senior leadership.
