About the role: Principal Product Manager In this role, youll build, implement, and manage high-impact products within Amazons Middle Mile network. These tools will directly contribute to faster and more efficient package delivery. With our rapid global expansion and new delivery modelslike AmazonFresh and Prime Nowyoull be instrumental in optimizing an increasingly complex logistics system. You will work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and business leaders, owning the roadmap strategy, feature tradeoffs, and end-to-end delivery. This position also emphasizes process standardization, continuous improvement, and strategic decision-making backed by your decade-long experience. The base salary range for this role is $143,200 to $239,200 per year, depending on experience and skills.
