Job Posting: **Position:** **General Labour - Relief** **Shift Schedule:** flexibility required to work various shifts - morning, afternoon and nights **Location**: 122 Carrier Drive. Etobicoke, ON. M9W 5R1 **What Wonderbrands Offers:** * Wonderbrands believes in Home Grown Talent and accelerated career growth * Competitive Compensation, Health, and Dental Benefits * Pension plan with matching contribution * Bonuses * Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Provide relief to all positions on the line including Mixer Operator, Bagger Operator and Packers * Perform all duties associated with positions being relieved * Ensure employees are relieved for breaks and meal periods at appropriate times * Assist in product handling during line issues (overflow due to baggers being down) and repacking product as required * Maintain clean work area * Perform additional tasks as directed **Requirements:** * Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!) * Possess some degree of mechanical aptitude * Able to lift up to 50 lbs * Strong numeracy skills * Ability to think, troubleshoot and react to situations * Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction * Ability to work in an efficient but safe manner * Strong multi-tasking skills * Excellent attendance record * Ability to efficiently communicate in English (written and verbal) * Be a lover of bread and baked goods! * You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are self-reliant, and be energized by opportunities to learn and grow, and be a steward of your own career * Have solid mathematical and computer skills **What is the recipe for a great career at Wonderbrands** Wonderbrands, is a leading Canadian bakery with 140 years of experience in baking packaged breads.
