Our entrepreneurial team brings proven leadership and a track record of generating strong returns across business cycles. **Position Overview** We are seeking a highly organized and personable **Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator** to support our executive team and help manage day-to-day office operations. This is a junior to intermediate level role ideal for someone looking to grow their administrative career in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. **Key Responsibilities** **Executive Support (50%)** * Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for executives * Keep executive team organized * Assist with email correspondence and follow-ups * Prepare meeting materials and take minutes as needed * Handle confidential information with discretion **Office Management & Reception (30%)** * Greet visitors and manage the reception area * Maintain office supplies, equipment (e.g., printers), and kitchen inventory * Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and events * Ensure the office remains tidy and organized **Other (20%)** * Provide administrative support to other departments * Assist with document filing, data entry, and basic reporting tasks * Help manage corporate and team schedules and event logistics * Other ad hoc requests and projects as they may arise **Qualifications** * 15 years of administrative or office coordination experience preferred; alternatively, a highly experienced candidate would be considered for a part time position * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership * A collaborative and supportive team environment * Exposure to various aspects of the oil and gas business * Competitive compensation based on experience **To Apply:** Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the role to ****.
