Bartenders are part of our amazing team who are responsible for providing our guests exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. * Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. * Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards. * Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed during preparation and serving of beverages. * Address customer inquiries or concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. **Skills** * Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. * Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. * Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. * Experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. * Previous bartending experience is highly desirable, along with familiarity with various drink recipes. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
