As Sr. Product Manager, Platform Innovation & Intelligence , you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of next-generation platform capabilities across developer tools, geospatial intelligence, and AI/ML-powered features. Youll identify and activate new business opportunities by delivering innovative solutions for partners, users, and internal teams. Your leadership will elevate the platforms intelligence, interoperability, and value to customers. What Youll Do Lead Platform Innovation Strategy Own and evolve a multi-year roadmap for ZOLEOs platform pillars: Developer Platform - APIs, SDKs, onboarding flows to accelerate integration and time to value. Tracking Infrastructure - Real-time geospatial tracking, event triggers, and visualization services. Intelligence Layer - AI-powered insights, automated workflows, and predictive analytics. Define product strategy aligned with business goals and innovation cyclesdelivering measurable customer and commercial outcomes. Continuously scan emerging technologies, platform trends, and AI/ML applications relevant to IoT, satellite, and enterprise SaaS. Drive Execution from Vision to Delivery Translate strategic themes into clear requirements, user stories, and iterative product releases. Serve as Product Owner in a cross-functional teamrunning Agile ceremonies and maintaining a high-velocity backlog. Champion low-code/no-code prototyping using AI tools to validate concepts quickly and reduce time-to-value. Define and maintain product standards across versioning, documentation, authentication, and performance. Accelerate Developer and Partner Ecosystem Create self-serve tools, reference apps, and example datasets to drive developer adoption. Lead platform instrumentation and experimentation to optimize usability, onboarding, and integration efficiency. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and BD to identify high-potential use cases and partner segments; support strategic integrations and co-launches. Own Metrics and Intelligence Adoption Define and monitor KPIs such as platform usage, API performance, event throughput, and intelligence engagement. Drive insight-to-action loopsleveraging data to guide roadmap decisions, investment tradeoffs, and customer value delivery. Be a visible advocate for intelligent platform design across the companysupporting GTM enablement, technical sales, and customer solutioning. Qualifications & Skills Musthave 5+ years in product management with platform, PaaS, B2B2C, or AI/data infrastructure products. Proven success launching platform features with external APIs, SDKs, developer tools, or data services. Experience driving strategy and delivery for intelligent or ML-powered capabilities. Strong technical acumen (REST, JSON, architectural diagrams) and fluency engaging with engineers, architects, and executives. Hands-on experience using no-code/low-code AI tools to prototype or validate product ideas quickly. Demonstrated alignment with AI-first product thinkingembedding intelligence across core user journeys or internal tooling. Track record managing Agile squads and end-to-end delivery cycles. Bachelor''s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience. Nicetohave Background in IoT, telemetry, geospatial, or real-time systems. Experience with GraphQL, webhooks, Postman, and event-driven architecture. Exposure to co-marketing, partner-led growth, or monetization programs.
