Engage in customer order picking and packaging, employing RF scanners, and manage lifting up to 50 pounds while palletizing products. Work comfortably in all warehouse positions within a smaller team environment. **Responsibilities** Operate sit-down counterbalance forklift for loading and unloading trailers. Relocate carpet and hardwood materials around the warehouse. Use RF scanner for order picking and packaging customer orders. Lift up to 50 pounds while palletizing products. Engage in carpet rolling for the first two weeks using machine rolling cords. Perform general labor tasks within the warehouse. Participate in shipping and receiving operations. **Essential Skills** Minimum of 2 years of experience with sit-down counterbalance forklift. Forklift Certification (In-house or Third party). Experience with RF scanners. Material handling and packing expertise. Good verbal communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Nice to have packaging experience.
