At 407, all developers meet weekly to briefly hear updates from management, then break off into multiple learning streams. Topics include Cloud, Best Practices in Java, Data Streaming, SalesForce and Data Science. Some weeks, the streams are very hands-on (i.e. getting AWS.CLI up and running, playing with Kubernetes, learning Python). The developer led topics range from a learning above a wide variety of topics (i.e. Cloud, Best Practices in Java, Data Streaming, SalesForce, Data Science...) Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with the architects and technical leaders to implement CRM capabilities on the Salesforce platform. Responsible for development of software features on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform Work collaboratively with key business partners from Marketing, Customer Operations and Communications departments. Participate in sprint planning to determine the teams objectives for the upcoming sprint Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, story refinements, and team retrospectives Qualifications: 3+ years of Salesforce development Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience. Active Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Administrator Professional development experience with Lightning web components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Objects, external APIs, custom pages, SOQL Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using APIs, UI frameworks and event based integration patterns. Web service development and integration experience Experience with code versioning and management, and automated deployment processes Understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, architecture and product suite including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Tableau Knowledge of agile development methodologies. Nice to have: Understanding/Experience of Marketing Cloud Nice to have: General development knowledge of and experience in SQL, PL/SQL , Java, .Net, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, an enviable ability to manage multiple responsibilities and are motivated by an innate need to deliver significant contribution to our customers'' success.
