Position Summary: The Behaviour Analyst is responsible for providing a broad range of assessments, consultation, and intervention services for learners within our system. The Behaviour Analyst must have effective communication with education staff, administration, support staff, parents, learners, and professionals from outside agencies is imperative. The Behaviour Analyst also provides support by holding in-house education sessions for staff in order to share recent developments in behavioural strategies and interventions and related fields. The Behaviour Analyst is also an active member of our Student Services Team and helps to develop and support board wide initiatives informed by the ALCDSB Multi-Year Strategic Plan. What you bring to the team: Membership in the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts in Ontario as a Behaviour Analyst Minimum of a Master''s degree in one of the following fields of study: Psychology, Behaviour Analysis or Education; Completed post-secondary training in Applied Behaviour Analysis; Completed practical experience in the implementation of ABA supervised by a BCBA or clinical psychologist.
